This custom built birdhouse is a grand addition to anyone's yard who loves to watch birds during nesting season. This birdhouse will add so much character to your garden that you'll be the envy of the neighborhood. It's fully functional on all rooms with clean out doors on both ends, as well as the entire house on the right side lifts completely up in order to get to both top story or bottom story compartments for nest removal.

Birdhouse comes with knobs on each side of left and right doors (knobs may vary due to what's available in my shop at that time). Side birdhouse lifts completely and is a unique feature that I've designed to aid in the nest removal (design copyright protected). This multi roomed condo comes with a
7.5" wide x 20" long platform that aids in installing this large birdhouse to a 4 x 4 post
(POST AND BRACKETS NOT INCLUDED).
See color chart for custom colors if you're not seeing the color you want on the drop down menu. Note: Some colors may not be available. Simply view the chart on last photo, pick three color combinations, one color for roof and platform, one color for base coat on body, one color for accents (ex: squares and center awning roof). Gray primer is used for the undercoating on the entire birdhouse.

Wood birdhouses are made from raw untreated fence material which makes it easier on the birds by allowing the roughness of the interior for birds to grab, along with a dowel that protrudes through for extra grabbing power. Each birdhouse I build has a unique roof design, by me, which allows for ventilation air flow on each underside of eaves. Every decorative bird house or functional birdhouse is equipped with a clean out door on either the right or left hand side for nest removal. Whether you choose to use it indoors for decorative home accent or hang it on your patio, tree, fence or just sitting on a shelf, it’s meant for small cavity nesting birds. Birdhouse accent materials are adhered with clear silicone that is weatherproof and freeze proof for that extra longevity outdoors. The bottom of each birdhouse has drainage holes on each corner to allow unwanted water from rain to escape, leaving birds and their nest dry. I use quality glue, nails and decorative screws to hold my birdhouses together.
